NEW MEMBERS - PAPER APPLICATIONS

Complete the Membership Form and print to your computer. If hand printing please print clearly.
New members who use the paper option will have to take the form to one of our supporting business with cash or cheque.
New members using the paper option will be mailed their membership card unless an email is provided. With an email, a pdf membership card will be sent to that email.
