NEW MEMBERS - PAPER APPLICATIONS

JOIN AT STORE (PAPER APPLICATION)
  • Complete the Membership Form and print to your computer. If hand printing please print clearly.
  • New members who use the paper option will have to take the form to one of our supporting business with cash or cheque.
  • New members using the paper option will be mailed their membership card unless an email is provided. With an email, a pdf membership card will be sent to that email.
